I’m renting my spare room in my newly renovated flat in Croydon. The bedroom is spacious with a large bay window, plenty of wardrobe storage and a double bed.

The living area is a large open plan kitchen with a small snug at the back. There’s a large garden as well as a basement for storage.

The flat is located a 5 minute walk away from West Croydon station and a 15 minute walk away from East Croydon; frequent running trains into Victoria or London Bridge in 20 minutes.

Happy for a couple to rent the room for £1200 a month. All bills are included.
