Two Double Rooms Available in 3-Bed House

I’m looking for two housemates to occupy the spare rooms in my 3-bedroom house. The rooms are well-sized, and the house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room, creating a comfortable and sociable living space.

Each room will be furnished with a bed (no bedding provided), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

The house is on a busy street with excellent transport links. It’s right by the 410 bus stop, around a 12-minute walk to Norwood Junction, and approximately 35 minutes’ walk to East Croydon (or 10 minutes by bus).

About me:
I work from home twice a week and am easygoing and considerate. I’m happy to socialise—whether that’s a chat in the kitchen or the occasional shared meal—but I also respect people’s personal space and downtime.

The household:
I’m looking for people who are tidy in communal areas, respectful, and comfortable with sharing the house in a relaxed, adult way. This would suit professionals who want a calm, friendly home rather than a party house.
