The house is in a quiet area with a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away. East Croydon Station is 5 minutes by bus or about 10 minutes on foot.

This would particularly suit a professional who commutes from East Croydon into London or to destinations such as Gatwick Airport, London Bridge, or London Victoria.

I’m a clean and tidy individual who likes to keep all areas of the house well maintained. I’m respectful and friendly, and looking for someone like-minded.

When I’m not travelling, I enjoy relaxing and watching Netflix in the evenings — I like peaceful, calm nights at home.

All bills are included. The room comes with fast broadband and a TV with Roku. The computer chair and table shown in the picture are from the current lodger are so not included.

This is a short term let, we are looking to sell the house in the next 3-6months.
