You'll be sharing with 2 other girls, so this is a Girls only flat.

THE FLAT 🏠:
The kitchen and bathroom are of high standard. All utensils, pots, pans, cups, mugs etc are provided. There is an air fryer, washing machine and loads of storage space as there'll only be three of you!
Access to your own garden - great for BBQs in the summer/warmer months.

There's a bi-weekly cleaner which is included in the rent, the girls are also really clean so the flat is always in great condition.

TRAVEL 🚄:
Access to Trams and buses that go directly to East or West Croydon stations or to Norwood. Just a few mins walk from the flat.
7 mins on Tram to East Croydon or 9 mins to West Croydon to shop at the WhitGift centre. Trams go all the way to Valley Park and Ikea too.
Trains to London Bridge 15mins
Trains to London Victoria 20mins

THE AREA:
Loads of shops, great cafes, resturants and pubs all within a walking distance.
