Cozy room in Croydon

A comfortably furnished double room is available for single occupancy only (no couples) in a quiet, well-kept home. This restriction is due to property licensing requirements. The room is located on the first floor and will be available from 5 February.

The house is situated in a peaceful double cul-de-sac, offering a calm environment away from city noise. The shared kitchen and living area are fully equipped, including a large fridge freezer and a washer dryer.

There are three bedrooms in the property. The upstairs bathroom, which includes a bath and shower, is mainly for the use of the room being advertised. While it is technically shared, the third bedroom has its own ensuite, and the remaining bedroom has access to the downstairs bathroom. As a result, the upstairs bathroom is generally used by others only occasionally, typically when they wish to use the bathtub.

The room benefits from underfloor heating and has its own dedicated thermostat, allowing you to control the temperature independently.

On-street parking is available. All parking is paid, however a resident permit is available and is cheaper than standard pay-and-display rates.

The rent includes fast Virgin Media internet, gas, water, and electricity. If you work from home with a large setup such as multiple monitors, an additional £15 per month may be added to cover higher electricity usage. A cleaner attends once a week for 90 minutes to clean the communal areas. This is not included in the rent and costs £6 per week.
