I am looking for to rent out a room in a two bedroom house. Currently we are only two people, myself and a young boy who is part time student. We are both of Pakistani origin but we are happy to share the house with anyone from other nationalities.
The house is close to all three stations (Thornton Heath as well as East and West Croydon), all these three train stations are reasonably close to the house. You can check the distance using post code of CR0 2PT. The bus stop is just outside the house (bus 450) and other buses run from 10 minutes walking distance.
Rent is £690 plus bills. I am willing to consider short lets with same deposit but slightly higher rent. The right person can negotiate the rent with me and I will be happy to consider.
The rent of £690 is for a single person, couple are also welcomed but with slightly higher rent.
