Single Bedroom Near Valley Park

I am looking for someone to rent the bedroom in our friendly house near Croydon.

All bills including council tax included, as well as a whole-house cleaner scheduled every fortnight. There is some room for storage outside of the bedroom, and some basic supplies are included if you wish to use them (laundry detergent, cooking oils, herbs and spices).

The house is very close to Therapia Lane tram stop, providing quick and easy access to Mitcham Junction, Wimbledon, the East and West Croydon train stations, the high streets for Croydon and Wimbledon, as well as the Valley Park retail stores.

I am a live-in landlord and you will be living with both myself and my partner - both working in professional roles with one working from home.

Two dedicated parking spaces are available directly in front of the property if you're a driver.

Two sets of bedding all provided but if you would prefer to bring your own for a single bed that's fine.
A computer desk or a chest of drawers (neither displayed but I can show you on the visit) can be provided as we have spare ones around. We require one month's rent as a deposit along with the first month paid in advance.
