Looking for a flatmate from 25 April

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate from the LGBTQ+ community, ideally with a good credit score so they won’t need a guarantor. I really value cleanliness and a peaceful environment. The flat is just 15 minutes by train to London Bridge and Victoria Croydon might seem far, but it’s very well connected. Some of the furniture will be upgraded, and I’ll post pictures soon. There are two rooms: one en-suite, which is more spacious and costs a bit more, and a smaller room, which I currently use, if they’d prefer a lower rent. I’m open-minded, and they can have friends overI just ask for a calm, sane, and respectful vibe. The walls are thick, so noise doesn’t travel much.
