Double Room w/ Private Bathroo, Views & Gym Access

We’re a friendly, young married couple offering a fully furnished double room in our clean, modern two-bedroom apartment on the 10th floor, with beautiful views and stunning sunsets. The room comes with a private bathroom, double bed, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workstation, perfect for working from home.

You’ll share a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with us, and enjoy access to the building’s gym and co-working spaces. There’s also optional paid parking available. Rent includes all bills, and a deposit is required.

We’re a queer couple, so we’re looking for someone open-minded and comfortable living in an inclusive home, as well as being okay with our cat. We’re homebodies who enjoy music, good energy, and a calm, respectful environment.

By day, we’re professionals, but in our free time and on weekends, we’re hardworking entrepreneurs and musicians. We also have an in-house studio, so there may be times when music is played out loud. We’d love someone who understands and aligns with that creative lifestyle.

We’d prefer a single occupant, and we’re looking for someone mature, clean, and considerate, someone who values their own space, keeps things tidy, and brings positive, grounded vibes.
