- A 15 minute bus journey to East Croydon, which allows for fast travel to many parts of London.
The beautiful house is located on a very friendly and welcoming, yet quiet and peaceful street with great transport links to all parts of Croydon.

The house:

- 2 double bedrooms will be available with 1 shared bathroom between 2 people, each with lockable sliding doors for privacy and security.
- **Option of using second bedroom as a separate lounge for those with a higher budget seeking their own space. This would mean having your own bathroom, lounge and bedroom, with a shared kitchen for £1600 per month**
