About the Home

It's a comfortable, lived-in family home — not a show home, and the rent reflects this. I'm a Black gay professional in my 50s. I work from home, so the house is generally occupied during the day. The ideal lodger would be someone who goes out to work, giving us both a bit of space and independence during the day.

The vibe here is relaxed and flexible — I'm happy to share a meal or a conversation, but equally fine if you prefer to do your own thing. No drama, just mutual respect and a comfortable living arrangement for both of us.
