I am looking for a professional, male lodger to rent a lovely, fully furnished double room in a tidy, ready-to-go 2-bedroom maisonette. The room and the entire house have just been renovated and freshly painted. The bedroom comes complete with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and a desk, plus plenty of storage space. The layout of the maisonette naturally places the bedrooms on opposite sides of the property, offering a nice bit of extra privacy. The room's window also faces a quiet, chilled road for a peaceful night's sleep.

The House, Amenities & Me You will be sharing the home with me—I am an IT professional who works from home, and in my free time, I love Latin dancing! The shared spaces are kept very clean and tidy, and include:
- Modern Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, new large fridge-freezer, oven, gas hobs, air fryer, and a dining table.
