DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE IN CROYDON

Hi girlies, I’m moving out of my room at the end of July so looking for someone to join my two housemates.
We are looking for someone to move into the room late July/ early August.

🏠 The house & room 🏠
3 bedroom house in west (bordering east) Croydon. Nice kitchen, cute living room (equipped with tv with most streaming platforms), laundry room and paved outdoor seating area.

The room is upstairs and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightstand, and a big window with good natural light.

Rent is £663 per month plus around £130 for bills (including council tax - Band C).

❗️we have a cat who lives with us periodically, so cannot have anyone with pets :)

📍 Location📍

The house is a 10-minute walk from West Croydon station (National Rail and overground) and a 15-minute walk from East Croydon station (National Rail). The tram stop is a 2-minute walk away and takes you to both East and West Croydon stations, plus good bus connections. Lidl is a 4 minute walk away plus lots of other shops.

👭Housemates 👭
We all get on very well and are friends more than housemates.
Emma is 25 and works as a stage manager.
Laura is also 25 and a musician, currently on tour with the circus.
Both housemates' jobs often take them around the country so it’s often just 2 people in the house. We all cook separately but enjoy hanging out and watching a good cult doc or reality show.
