Double room, large new apartment, nr east croydon

I have had to move to Edinburgh fro work and therefore have the master double room to rent in my brand new apartment 1 minute walk from Wandle Park tram stop. This will get you to London bridge in 30 minutes, London Victoria in 35 minutes, Clapham Junction in 25 minutes and Wimbledon in 22 minutes to name a few.

The flat is brand new with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area. There is a large en-suite with a great double shower. The bedroom is a really good size and has a double bed with underbed storage, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. Overall the flat is big and bright!

You will be living with my current flatmate Alice. We currently keep the place clean and tidy so I would prefer someone the same who treats the place like home and gets along well with Alice.

There is a large supermarket within walking distance and a lovely park opposite.

All bills are included, fast broadband etc £650 pcm. Please don't hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions.

I have underground secure parking available if required for an additional £60pcm.
