House Share

House is situated at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. There's a gated driveway, big garden, place is nicely furnished and decorated throughout. A tram station is a couple of minute walk and bus stops/routes close by too. There's also a golf course nearby, for those of interest.

I'm a 50 year old (but young at heart), divorced female. I live in a 3 bed semi-detached house, with my animals and of which I am finding a tad too big and I would also appreciate some company and hence the double room to rent :)

Room size is approx 12ft x 6. 6ft (If I remember rightly) and has a double bed with storage underneath, plus a single wardrobe with drawer.
The area can be a bit noisy at times, as close to factory estates and tram line but you get used to it after a while!
