Large room with Private Balcony In Central Croydon

We have a double room available to rent in our 3 bedroom Penthouse in Central Croydon.

East Croydon Station is approximately 5-10 minute walk with trains running regularly to London Victoria (16mins) & London Bridge(13mins)

The Bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, Chest of Drawers & Bedside tables with double doors leading onto a private balcony with great views.

The living room/Diner has a large table, sofa and large patio doors leading onto balcony with BBQ

The kitchen is fully fitted with Dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

Myself and David work full time in the week however we do like to chill out with a drink or two at the weekend. We both love sports, in particular football and both play most Saturdays.

The room will be available from the 25th July

Sports Fans please note the apartment will be fitted with the full Sky Sports Package.
