1 single and 1 double available in House Share

We are three young professionals looking to rent out two of our furnished bedrooms, one small double and one large single. We have a brand new four bedroom house in Selhurst that is a 5 minute walk from Selhurst station and a 10 minute walk to East Croydon Station. There is free on street parking as well as a garden. There is a brand new kitchen and nice living room with bi-fold doors opening into the garden. We have only been in the house for about 2 months and are eager to find young, respectful and trustworthy professionals.

As I mentioned, we have only been hear a short while therefor the rent currently does not include bills but may include some depending on the cost of the bills and the number of tenants. Please think of this as a guide and let me know if you are interested.
