As for me (existing tenant) i'm 28, I'm a relaxed, and friendly person looking to let the room out, as to be honest I like the area (its nice ad quiet, and very well connected transport wise), and really would like to stay put, I'm a full time professional, working for an airline as cabin crew, so do work al sorts of times, however I respect more regular sleeping patterns and silent in the early hours rather its going to or coming from work.

if couples do wish to move in then the total rent would be split 3 ways rather than in half (rent for the room is 500pm or down to £334 each for a couple)

As for the room, It is furnished reasonably a good size, and the flat its nice open, modern with a good kitchen.
