Room has double wardrobe available, dressing table with drawers and brand new sofa bed which is a double bed and is of the highest quality - cost me over a £1k so very comfy with thick mattress. Fully carpeted bedroom, warm and fresh and very airy and light. Main bathroom opposite bedroom for your own sole use as i have my own ensuite. Bathroom has shower and bath, sink and toilet - again brand new and never used! Flat is on 1st floor, very quiet and private. I have open plan kitchen and living room, funky and modern decor. Building has stairs and lift access.
All bills included except landline telephone and you have full use of broadband. Welcome to bring own TV for your own room etc. I have a main tv with sky, have washer/dryer, and usual kitchen modern conveniences.
I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger, who will treat the place with respect. I am easy going, friendly and usually spend evenings in gym, working out at home in the flat, watching tv, reading or out with friends. I also keep myself to myself and happy to give you your own space. I have a cleaner once a week who will clean your room and bathroom as well so you just need to keep it minimally clean and tidy.

My nearest tram stop is Wandle Park, just few minutes away from East Croydon and West Croydon train stations, tram also goes to wimbledon and the tram stop is outside the flat 3-4min walk. All trains take approx 12 mins to get into stations like London Victoria, London bridge, Waterloo, clapham junction etc. I work in the city and get to work very easily. East Croydon trains also go to Brighton and gatwick so fab connections! I have a main sainsburys two mins away from flat. Very convenient location.

I am a very clean, hygienic, organised, and a chilled person. Like my private space but also a fun, happy flat mate always up for a chat.
