Hello! My current flatmate has gotten herself a job in Singapore so I am on the lookout for a new tenant.
I live on Park Hill Road which is a nice leafy road about a 10-12 minute walk from East Croydon train station (2-3 minutes by bus) or a 15-20 minute walk to Croydon town centre.
From East Croydon you can get to London Victoria in 16 minutes or London Bridge in 14 minutes.
I have Virgin Media with Sky Sports, Sky Movies, 150MB broadband and free evening & weekend phone calls. My living room has a balcony and a 65" TV and is generally free most of the time.
The main bathroom would also be pretty much for your own exclusive use as I have my own en suite bathroom in my bedroom.
