Large room in a newly furnished luxury apartment

I'm Lizzie and I am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my apartment just two minutes walk from East Croydon station.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words so I have attached a few to this advert. The apartment is situated in an amazing new build block that has a concierge service 7 days a week. It has a modern designer kitchen with built-in appliances and granite worktops, and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with wood flooring throughout. The room that is available is of a very good size and includes all new furniture (large bed, bedside table, chair, chest of drawers, big wardrobe with full length mirror) with plenty of space left to move around. My room has an en suite so you will have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom. The flat benefits from underfloor heating, modern lighting and security access with fob entry and a buzz-in video entry system from within the flat. There is a lovely park only 30 seconds away which is great for a spot of sunbathing or an impromptu picnic when the sun is out. Internet, water, electricity, heating, council tax etc are all included in the rent.

So that's the flat, now on to me. I am 25 and I work in the city in finance. I go to the gym regularly and like socialising with my friends in the evenings and weekends. When I'm home in the evenings I like to relax in front of the TV and maybe have a glass of wine or two. I am fairly chilled but do like to keep the place clean and tidy. I am looking for a girl of a similar age who will be a good fit.

The apartment is in the perfect location for professionals working in London or in/around the Croydon area. From East Croydon station you can reach London Bridge in 15 minutes, Victoria in 17 minutes and Blackfriars in 28 minutes. There are trains back from Victoria all night (the benefit of being on the line to Gatwick) as well as night buses to and from Central London. Croydon has a tram service to Wimbledon in one direction and Beckenham and Elmers End in the other, buses all across South London and trains to loads of places in the south and southwest (very convenient for a weekend dash to Brighton when the weather's good).

I will be meeting people in the afternoons this weekend (11/12 October) to show them the flat and have a quick chat.
