4-6week BOXROOM in Croydon

I'm going back to Australia for 4-6 weeks from 07 December 2014 and need someone rent my room for 4+ weeks while I'm gone. I live with another professional who is quiet and keeps to herself.

Room comes with a window and large double bed. Lots of electrical ports available.

You'll have access to a sizeable kitchen, which has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4 gas hobs, microwave, kettle, etc.

TRANSPORT:

15 minute walk from East Croydon Station (where you can take a direct train to London Bridge or Victoria in 15 minutes via Oyster Card).

20 minute walk to West Croydon Station (where you can take the Overground).

SHOPS/AMENITIES:
1 minute walk from The Edge pub.
2 minute walk from Tesco Express.
5 minute walk to Surrey Street markets.
8 minute walk to main town centre (Whitgift, Centrale).

Rent is £550 for 4 weeks, upfront, with a £225 deposit, which will be returned to you on your last day. We would prefer bank transfer, but if you only have cash, we can work something out.

Must be female, clean, and reasonably quiet. No guests or parties allowed. Must be able to pay rent + deposit upfront.

Females preferred. NO smoking, NO pets, NO couples, NO DSS.
