I have a double room available for rent from 27/Jan/2020.

The flat:
Brand new 2 bed flat with a large open plan kitchen/living area, which leads to a good sized balcony. There is a TV with Freeview and fast broadband.

The room:
Double bed with a great memory foam mattress.

Very big wardrobe with a mirror door.
There is a chair, bedside cabinet and a floor lamp. The room is a very good size and bright.

Location:
The flat is in a 4 story building which was recently completed. It is in a quiet area.

It takes about 10-12 minutes walk to East Croydon station (national rail) and about 5-6 minutes walk to West Croydon station (overground).

East Croydon connects you to London Bridge and Victoria in about 18 minutes. There are trains to Kings Cross and Blackfriars as well.

East Croydon has seen some recent renovations including Box Park Croydon - a fantastic place for those who love eating out.

From West Croydon station, the overground train takes you to East London (Shoreditch) or a tram to Wimbledon.

The location is very convenient if you work in the city or Canary Wharf.

Croydon is on the same line as Gatwick Airport and takes about 15/ 20 minutes. It is also on the same line to Brighton which takes less than 45 minutes.

East Croydon station benefits from overnight trains from Blackfriars, Clapham Junction and Victoria which is very convenient.

Croydon High street is about 10-15min walk which has lots of shops such as Zara, Topshop/man, House of Fraiser

There is a Tesco Express about 5 min walk from the flat. As well as a Waitrose, Morrisons and M&S about 15 min walk from the flat or 5 minutes from the station if that.

There is a Sainsbury's Extra about 25 min walk from the flat.

Current flatmates:
Young professional couple. They are both clean, tidy and respectful.

You:
The room is suitable for a young and outgoing professional. I prefer a non-smoker and no pets I'm afraid.

Price:
£650 per calendar month which includes bills.

The deposit is £650 which will be added to the Deposit Protection Scheme and will be paid back on the day you move out.

The building does not have a car park. However, there are parking facilities nearby (NCP Dingwall road car park) and roads which you can park on after 6pm.
