Large, comfortable, double room available in the centre of Croydon for a professional. The apartment is within the purpose-built Bridge House (sixth floor, lift included) so is very close to public transport (loads of buses nearby; trams to Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction are two minutes away; trains from East and West Croydon for Victoria and London Bridge are a 10-minute walk away; Gatwick Airport is 30 minutes door-to-door by train). There is an adjacent multi-storey car park and on-street parking also, if you drive. So if you commute, like me, it's a doddle.

There are bars, restaurants, retail and leisure experiences aplenty in the vicinity if you fancy some local downtime.

I am a youth and community worker so I travel extensively and my hours are long and varied. I love what I do but always appreciate the peace this apartment offers at the end of the day/week (and given its location is surprisingly quiet). I have been working away for the past few years so the apartment is part-furnished as most of my things are currently in storage. I am in the process of relocating back to London so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. I am looking for someone who likes their own space the majority of the time and is sometimes social.

The apartment has all the usual mod cons. So, if you are looking for accommodation that is comfortable and accessible with a housemate you will rarely see, give this a whirl.

Monday-Friday only currently so all bills included apart from TV licence (TV in storage).
