This house is close to all facilities and is 1 to 20 minute walk to public transport and major supermarket, Purley Way and Valley Park Retailstores and recreational facilities.
This accomodation will suit quiet, considerate single Professional/ workers with 1)verifiable job(outside home)or full payment up front for period of lodging, 2)legal residency, good standing and law-abiding, 3) 2 references from line manager + previous landlord and 4)regular income. Any waivers must be stated in writing before moving in.
We insist that the prospective lodger must view before moving in.
