This is a very clean, bright 2 bedroom house, living room and dining room. The kitchen comprises of a hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and freezer. The house is always kept clean and tidy. It also has a garden what will be great for BBQs in the summer.

It's only 7 minute walk to Waddon station with direct trains to London Victoria what takes about 30 mins. Croydon high street is also only about 10 min walk away with loads of shops, bars and night clubs.

I'm a very easy going person, I work as an assistant accountant in Epsom.
