The house is situated very close (5 mins walk)to the Therapia lane tram stop from here frequent trams connecting WEST AND EAST CROYDON train stations and WIMBLEDON tube station also 5 mins walk to bus stop for 24 hours bus service to Croydon town center and TOOTING tube station and close to CROYDON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (MAY DAY).
