Great double bedroom in lovely flat

The flat is in a great location, 10 minute walk to selhurst station and a 15min walk to West croydon and East croydon. There are also multiple bus routes nearby. There is a tesco express, tkmaxx, shell garage and few other shops within 2mins walk.

I have just had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted and the flat has been very recently decorated and had new carpets in the bedroom.
The bedroom itself is a good double sized room with A large wardrobe, bedside table, shelving unit and of course a double bed!
The deposit is £600 and there is a one off fee of £50 for the tenancy reference check and tds.
I am looking for a fairly sociable flat mate, although I would consider someone looking for mon-Friday only at a reduced rate. I do obviously have my own life and meet up with friends or go to the gym fairly regularly during the week. It would be nice to spend some evenings in and chill with a glass of wine and have a catch up.
