Newly decorated/furnished and spacious modern double sized room located on the 3rd floor( with lift access). 5-10min walking distance to East Croydon train station, 5 minutes walk to the main shopping centre, easy access to all main bus and tram routes. The flat is situated in the heart of Croydon (as central as it gets)
I am a professional male that likes a nice, tidy and quiet flat and would expect the same from any successful tenant. I have a set routine and spend most of my time at work.

It is vital that the person moving is likeminded, respectful, polite, tidy and quiet. The previous tenant who occupied the room stayed for 5 years.

Parking;
Parking in the area can be acquired, but you will have to enquire yourself through the necessary channels, as it does not come with the room.

Roommate preference;
Female roommate preferred due to household dynamics.
