The room is on the first floor and overlooks the garden at the back. It has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed (with storage under), a desk/dressing table and a chair.

There are two modern shower-rooms with toilets, which will be shared by the 3 lodgers.

There is a living room, (for the sole use of the three lodgers) with french window onto the patio, a kitchen, (with automatic washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc), also for the sole use of the three lodgers. There is also more storage downstairs. The secluded rear garden has a lawn, rotary clothes line and patio with table and chairs. There is a covered area suitable for bicycles or for clothes airing etc.

The landlord is a retired teacher. He has his own en-suite and bed-sitting room downstairs. We are looking for someone who is in full time employment, who has been resident in Britain for at least 3 years and entitled to remain here. The house is very safe, especially as we do not allow overnight guests.

The road has permit-free parking. The number 119, 24hr bus is just 4 minutes walk away and goes to East Croydon station and the tram stops.
