Room available as emma has since bought a house with her other half.

- Full access to rest of house excluding other bedrooms

- unallocated parking but we typically manage to get 3 cars parked ok if not sufficient off street parking with a shortcut if you park round the back.

Hi I'm Jay (29) Wayne (49). I've got the ensuite so the 3rd bathroom is shared with Wayne. There's not allocated parking but there's 10 bays and ample parking nearby. Wayne is typically only here during the week. You will have full access to the house/garden & garage I'm currently working from home 2 days a week(usually Wednesdays and fridays). The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe chest of draws/desk. If you do need to work from home, we can find an arrangement that works for you. We're fairly busy people and are quite early risers but do have a few late nights.
