Hi I'm Jay (29) Wayne (49). I've got the ensuite so the 3rd bathroom is shared with Wayne. There's not allocated parking but there's 10 bays and ample parking nearby. Wayne work locally on the new development and I work in water engering.
You will have full access to the house/garden & garage I'm currently working from home 2 days a week(usually Wednesdays and fridays). The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe chest of draws/desk. If you do need to work from home, we can find an arrangement that works for you. We're fairly busy people and are quite early risers but do have a few late nights. I will post some more pictures when i get a chance as these are pre redecorating.
