Private Room and its own facilities in house

Room one is a newly painted bedroom. Room two is at the top of the house , shared entrance with other lodger at the back of this private house. Shared kitchen separate, from the main house and own shower. The landlord (myself) lives on a different floor, and respects privacy. We would share the washing machine and I use one room on the same floor as a reception room and for access to the front door The new lodgers must be very clean, considerate and tidy.
The house is close to Dorking town centre and the countryside.
