Private Room and its own facilities in house

This is a newly painted bedroom with its own private entrance at the back, its own kitchen and shower room. It's more like a flat than just a room. The landlord (myself) lives above on a different floor, but respects privacy. We would share the washing machine and I use one room on the same floor for access to the front door The new lodger must be very clean, considerate and tidy.
The house is close to Dorking town centre and the countryside.
