Double room in Dorking with parking..

Double room available on edge of Dorking town £695

It's a medium sized double bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe & two chests of drawers.. It also has its own sky box & large flat screen tv with Netflix, Prime etc...
To briefly describe the rooms you'd be sharing..

The flat isn't huge but it's very much a home....
There's a large lounge with two sofas & comfy futon armchair, 20 ft balcony with bbq.
Small fitted kitchen with all mod cons, including washing machine, microwave, cooker & access to the balcony & finally a fully fitted bathroom with bath & power shower.

There is allocated parking

Being just at the edge of the town centre its close to shops, pubs etc & within walking distance of all stations but at the same time is really quiet.

To tell you a little bit about me , I'm sociable, friendly & I work full time for the NHS.

I am pretty easy going & am looking to share with someone who is happy to be sociable but also to enjoy their own space like me sometimes too.

I am a non smokers & prefer the flat to be too but we can compromise with allowing cheeky ones (TOBACCO ONLY) on the balcony but it has to be strictly no smoking of any kind in the flat I'm afraid.

Female preferred but won't discrimnate as will base on right fit if that makes sense. It's sharing a home not just staying in a room after all....
