We're offering two double rooms in a comfortable, welcoming house in Croydon, sharing with an easy-going live-in landlord, his partner and a very polite cat.

The house has a bright, airy feel, with a good-sized garden opening directly off the lounge. It's a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Who we're looking for

Ideally, we're looking for a considerate, clean and sociable professional who would enjoy living in a friendly, relaxed household.

We like a home where people can have a chat and get along naturally, while also respecting each other's privacy and space. We're looking for someone who treats the house with care and wants somewhere comfortable to settle into, rather than simply the cheapest room available.

You should be comfortable sharing communal areas, keeping them tidy and living with a cat.

One is a larger loft room, and the other is a smaller double. Both offer a comfortable place to relax and unwind.
