Hiya
We have a nice house with great transport links.

There would be 3 people including yourself
Only one of those 3 cooks regularly so no clambering for space in the kitchen:)
The house has a garden. which i adapt to be different every year, with bamboo structures made out of beans:)... I like to have fires out there and a few ciders on the nice nights. The garden looks much nicer now the pictures are old. All the bits are really old everything is more homely. Will update soon

There is a super cool pub about 4 mins walk. It has ecelctic lil gigs and a lovely old school vibe.. with gigs in the garden in summer.

East croydon station is 7 mins walk with great transport links. Its 15 mins to london bridge and 17 to victoria and 15 mins to gatwick. You never have to wait long for a train either when leaving or coming home as it is on the gatwick line.. it runs really frequently. Tram line is also a short walk.

Surrey countryside is on the doorstep...with great ancient forest walks.. so you get the best of both worlds easy access to town amd country:)

I work in events in summer and construction the rest of the Year.. i enjoy festivals.. gardening...going for a pint and countryside walks and cycles. I like to socialise in the weekends but when working during the week I mainly head to my room for chill out time. That's not to say I wouldnt enjoy a flat dinner or glass of vino:)
