Studio with Private Lounge OR Double Room En Suite

There are two options available: studio with two rooms and private bathroom, or a double room with private bathroom.

Location: Croydon central, a short walk from East Croydon station and Boxpark. Tastefully furnished, lots of light. Rent includes all bills, broadband, household products and cleaning of the common areas.

The house is newly renovated to a very high standard, and tastefully furnished. Solid wood floors, modern kitchen & bathrooms, stone flooring. We have a very nice little zen patio garden out the back! The main kitchen, dining area and main living room are shared. Washing machine and separate dryer are available.

The private lounge has its own fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Both the bedroom and private lounge come with 43" smart TVs. The bedroom is in the loft and separated from the private lounge and bathroom by a private staircase. For your privacy and tranquility, the studio is screened off to the hallway and other ensuite bedroom on the same floor.

The house will suit a single professional or couple who enjoy nice surroundings and taking care of their living environment. Mature students and postgraduates are welcome as well. For couples there is a bills surcharge of £100 per month.

Super central location ca. 10 mins walk from East & West Croydon stations (15-20 mins to London Bridge & Victoria), 10 mins to Boxpark, 5 mins to Surrey Street Market, around the corner from tram stop & supermarkets. Just a short distance from Wandle Park and Duppas Hill park if you like to go for runs. There are several gyms minutes away.

We keep the house clean and tidy. Common areas get cleaned by a professional cleaner. You'll share the house with two working professionals including myself.

This house is a home, and it's run with love and care. So it's important that you share this vibe if you want to live here. Everyone has their own life but we're always up for a chat, big into music. There's some good cooking happening here :)
