Mini studio with 2 rooms in Croydon central, a short walk from East Croydon station and Boxpark. You have one room to use as a bedroom, and a separate private lounge, and your own bathroom. Tastefully furnished, lots of light. Rent includes all bills, broadband, household products and weekly cleaning of the common areas.

The house is newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard, and tastefully furnished in mid-century style with a combination of new and period furniture. Solid wood floors, modern kitchen & bathrooms, stone flooring. We have a very nice little zen patio garden out the back, complete with water feature, fireplace and gas BBQ! The main kitchen, dining area and main living room are shared. Washing machine and separate dryer are available.

Your private lounge has its own fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Both the bedroom and private lounge come with 43" smart TVs. The bedroom is in the loft and separated from your private lounge and bathroom by a private staircase. For your privacy and tranquility, the mini studio is screened off the hallway and other ensuite bedroom on the same floor.

The house will suit a single professional or couple who enjoy nice surroundings and taking care of their living environment. Mature students and postgraduates are welcome as well. For couples there is a bills surcharge of £100 per month.

Super central location ca. 10 mins walk from East & West Croydon stations (15-20 mins to London Bridge & Victoria), 10 mins to Boxpark, 5 mins to Surrey Street Market, Whitgift/Centrale Shopping Centres, around the corner from tram stop & supermarkets. Just a short distance from Wandle Park and Duppas Hill park if you like to go for runs. There are several gyms minutes away.

We keep the house clean and tidy, suiting the pretty place that it is. Common areas get cleaned once a week. You'll share the house with two working professionals including myself.

This house is a home, and it's run with love and care. So it's important that you share this vibe if you want to live here. Everyone has their own life but we're always up for a chat or a BBQ, big into music (lots of dancehall/reggae/dub). There's some good cooking happening here :)
