It’s a lovely big room with large triple-aspect double-glazed bay windows overlooking the street and bringing in loads of natural light.

There’s a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress and underbed storage, a bedside table, a large glass-fronted double wardrobe with built-in drawer space, a dressing table, and a desk and chair which is great if you’re working from home or just like a bit of extra space to unwind.

It also has a large double-fronted wardrobe with built-in drawer space, a Wi-Fi enabled wall-mounted LED flatscreen with full motion capability and Amazon Fire TV Stick, and a desk and chair which is great if you’re working from home or just like a bit of extra space to unwind.

The room has a blackout blind to make it easy to get a great night's sleep.

The House
You’ll be lodgers sharing with one working professional.

The house has a good-sized bathroom on the first floor next to the rooms, a comfortable open-plan lounge/diner, a fully equipped galley kitchen with a 4-hob gas cooker/grill/oven, combi-microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, one fridge-freezer, together with a separate downstairs toilet and a lean-to conservatory.
