Cozy double room is available in a lovely neat 4 bedroom house. Would be sharing with 2 males and 1 female working in hospitality, IT, and studying jewellery design. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Would also be sharing with a very polite cat.

The price includes all bills and cleaning. The house has a bright and airy feel with a decent sized garden. The bathroom is well equipped with separate bath and shower. Washing machine, tumble drier & dishwasher are all available.

East Croydon station is 15 minutes walk away with trains into London Victoria or London Bridge every 5 mins or so.
