The price includes all bills & WiFi. The house has a bright and airy feel with a decent sized garden that the lounge opens on to. The bathroom is well equipped with separate bath and shower. Washing machine, tumble drier & dishwasher are all available.

There is permitted on street parking and the neighbourhood is quiet. East Croydon station is 15 minutes walk away with trains into central London victoria or London Bridge every 5 mins or so.

Current occupants are all professionals, on the friendly but geeky side of social, and mixed British and East Asian.
