Hi Room Hunter!

We’re three friends who’ve just secured this lovely 5-bed home and are looking for two more easy-going, mindful people to join us. The house is spacious, bright, and has a big garden , the perfect mix of homely and social.

About the House:
✨ 5 bedrooms in total (three upstairs, two downstairs)
✨ Large modern kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace
✨ Cosy living and dining areas plus a sunny conservatory
✨ Huge garden with outdoor seating (summer BBQs incoming!)
✨ Two bathrooms: one shared upstairs, one shared downstairs
✨ Prime location: only 7 minutes’ walk to the station, 5 minutes to Egham High Street, and 10 minutes to Royal Holloway University 🚶‍♀️

The Rooms Available (both downstairs):
1. The Biggie: Enormous double room with so much floor space you could host your own yoga retreat. If you like open space, this is your winner.
2. The Cosy Double: A good-sized double room. Great value for someone who likes their own peaceful hideaway.

A bit about us 🌸
We’re three friends taking the upstairs rooms. We’re friendly, considerate, and love good chats over tea, music, and cooking, but we also respect each other’s downtime. We’re all about mindful living and creating a comfortable, calm space to come home to.
