This is a newly refurbished, clean and bright two-storey semi-detached house with a beautiful garden, located just a 12-minute walk from Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL).

The house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven, dining table and chairs. There is also a comfortable sitting room, two toilets and one bathroom.

The property has four bedrooms in total. We are looking for a sensible and considerate female tenant to join the household:

One spacious double room:
will be available from 21st Feb. 2027 (can be flexible. If you need the room earlier, check with me)

One single room:
will be available from 1st November as the current PhD student will be completing her studies at the end of October.

The current housemates are all kind, mature, gentle and responsible girls who value a peaceful and respectful living environment.

We would particularly welcome enquiries from PhD or MA students at RHUL. If you are tidy, responsible and value cleanliness, and would treat the house as your own home, you would be very welcome to contact me.
