This is a newly refurbished, clean, and bright two-storey semi-detached house with a beautiful garden.
The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven, dining table, and chairs. There is also a comfortable sitting room, two toilets, and one bathroom.

In total, the property has four bedrooms. We are looking for a group of sensible students to rent it from 1st July 2026.
If you are studying at Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL), and you are tidy, responsible, and value cleanliness, treating the house as your own home, you are very welcome to contact me.

Phd or MA students are preferred.
Currently we have three lovely girls who are all very kind and sensible. Looking for other one housemate.

The property is just a 12-minute walk from RHUL.
Rent includes all bills, such as Wi-Fi and water bills, gas and electricity.
