The property has Internet, a garden. And has had New Kitchen, & bathroom fitted and complete refurbished downstairs August 2022 + also a new boiler.

The Single room was decorated in May 2023 .

The House is 10-12 Minute walk from the campus, There is also a bus stop 100 meters opposite the house that runs to Egham and Staines on a regular schedule.
