Our comfortable fully furnished house has four large double bedrooms on a quiet street 12 minutes walk/5 min ride to the university, with a minimart right across the road. Side door access to rear garden for secure bike storage.

Included in price are: fast broadband & TV license. Bills +£30

The lounge has two comfy black leather sofas, a dining table and chairs, and sliding patio doors that open on to the sun-facing terrace and peaceful garden.

The kitchen is very well equipped -- Fridge, fridge-freezer, freezer -- and there is plenty of room for storage. Washing macine and clothes tumble dryer. Bathroom (with both bath and shower) and a separate toilet.

I can manage the council tax registration for you, but FYI the council tax band is C (student-only households are exempt).

We (my partner & I) look after the property ourselves, so there are no agents to deal with and no fees/commissions to pay. We clean the rooms to the highest standard before we let people move in and guarantee the place will be perfect for your arrival. You will also have our private mobile numbers in case you need advice or help with anything. The house has up-to-date gas safety and electrical safety certificates. Both freely available upon request - please just ask.
