The house is in a quiet cul de sac, close to a convenience store, Co op supermarket, approximately 2 minutes away from a bus stop, 5 minutes walk to West Ewell train station (Zone 6), 25 mins walk to Epsom UCA and 20 mins walk to Epsom town or 10 minute cycle ride.
