1 double bedroom available (bedroom number 4 at 3 minute in the video) , close to West Ewell station, all bills inclusive.
All rooms are non-ensuite and current housemates are working professionals and couple of students, all get on very well and like to keep their home clean and tidy,(there is also weekly cleaner looking after shared areas to help with this).
We are looking for like minded person who likes sharing, communicates well, respects others and likes to keep his/her home clean.
The house is in a quiet cul de sac, close to convenience store, Co op supermarket, approximately 2 minutes away from a bus stop, 5 minutes walk to West Ewell train station (Zone 6), 25 mins walk to Epsom UCA and 20 mins walk to Epsom town or 10 minute cycle ride.
