Double room in Epsom, 10 mins walk to station

Hello, I am a friend lady looking to share my home. I live in the college area of Epsom, in a quiet road very near to the town centre and the station. Epsom station has good links to London, with regular trains going to Waterloo (35 mins), Victoria (40 mins) and London Bridge (43 mins).

My home is detached and has kitchen, dinning room and cosy lounge. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The double bedroom itself overlooks a nice little green and is bright during the day.

I also have a cat called Neo, although timid at first, will be very welcoming after he gets to know you. He loves nothing more than a stroke.

I am sociable, but also enjoy some quiet time. I am looking for someone who likes to share the odd dinner together, watch Netflix etc. I have enjoyed many a great evening with previous lodgers chatting the evening away after a feast.
