The flat is located in a peaceful residential area. Bus stops (towards Kingston and Epsom) are 1 min away and Stoneleigh station is 7 min walk (with trains reaching to Wimbledon in 13 mins, Clapham Junction in 18 mins, Waterloo in 25 mins ) Also good transport links to London Victoria and London Bridge. Oyster cards and contactless accepted

There are supermarkets like a big Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Co-op at walking distance. We also have 2 convinience stores downstairs for quick groceries.

There’s a cute independent cafe opposite of the street, and some restaurants serving Italian, British, Indian, Chinese and Thai foods

Ewell Court Park is 5 mins away which also has a public library and there’s also Stoneleigh Museum nearby for fun. Stoneleigh is home to many local community classes if you’re interested in like Yoga, Zumba, Pilates.

The room comes furnished with a bed and side table. However, as rest of the furniture was bought by my current flatmate she is happy to sell it to new tenant at a lowered rate. If you don’t want existing furniture and want to bring your own, that’s fine as well.

A bit about myself and what I am looking for-

I am a consultant with a 9-5 job so this is a peaceful flat, I work from from twice a week. I have lived here for 2 years so I have made it my home so looking for someone who can make this place a home with me. I am very easy going and value cleanliness a lot. I enjoy exploring the city with friends and occasionally go to gym. I’d like to be friends with my flatmate as I have before - so would love to have that occasional wine and pizza over a chat or movie!
