Double room in central Epsom

A large, bright room in central Epsom to share only with one other, five minutes from the train station, with excellent transport links, both to central London, Kingston and Surrey. I work long hours and would appreciate someone friendly, clean and quiet. I mainly keep to myself as I lead a rather busy life, but I am quite open, friendly and empathetic. My interests are healthy lifestyle, self- improvement, personal growth, "deep" and interesting conversations, reading, life-long learning, long walks, travel etc.
There is a cleaning rota between myself and the prospective lodger or a possibility to get a cleaner for additional fee (around £15 pp pw), or a combination of both. I would like someone quiet, clean, considerate, with set working hours and a set daily routine (within reason, of course).

ps, please note that there is no shared living room in the flat and all bills are included in the price; there is a quality orthopaedic mattress on the bed that doesn't show in the pictures as it's been purchased recently. Thank you
