I am looking for a quiet considerate person open to student.

It is a small double room ... The house has 3 levels. The room is furnished with secondary glazing for absolute quiet. There is a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and the location is very close to shops, restaurants etc. There are two British rail links to London from Epsom. The rent doesn’t includes all bills except Wi-Fi. The rent is payable every calendar month in advance.

A few other important things – share of cleaning the common areas, no working from home, no pets.

There are great parking facilities at the house. It is very close to the centre of Epsom - close to Sainsburys in Kiln Lane.
