A less than 5 minute walk to Esher station, 10 minute walk to Esher High Street and a bus stop few minutes away to Kingston. Shared bathroom. Lovely clean and tidy house with small walled garden. I live in the property and use the whole house except the room I am renting. The room is a large double with a desk and wifi and space for you to relax. I am looking for someone I can trust with my beautiful home, who is clean, extremely tidy and who keeps themselves to themselves. Preferably Monday to Friday but will consider weekends. Bills extra approx. £100 per month. Ready to move in 26th July.
