A less than 5 minute walk to Esher station, 10 minute walk to Esher High Street and a bus stop few minutes away to Kingston. Shared bathroom. Lovely clean and tidy house with small walled garden. I live in the property and use the whole house except the room I am renting. The room is a large double with a desk and wifi and space for you to relax. I am looking for someone I can trust with my beautiful home, who is clean, extremely tidy and who keeps themselves to themselves. Preferably Monday to Friday but will consider weekends. Professional females preferred. Close to all schools therefore ideal for teachers. Bills extra approx. £100 per month. Ready to move in end of July.
