Lovely Double Room Available in a Welcoming Home

🏡 Lovely Room Available in a Friendly, Welcoming Home

Are you looking for somewhere comfortable, peaceful and friendly to call home?

I have a room available in my home and am looking for a like-minded flatmate to share the space.

I’m easy-going, friendly and sociable, with sober habits. I enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and a home that is clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The home offers:

* A comfortable furnished bedroom.
* A lovely kitchen with plenty of workspace and storage.
* Shared use of the home’s facilities.
* A relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
* A peaceful environment where you can feel at home.

A little about me:

I’m easy to get along with, considerate and respectful of people’s privacy. I’m looking for someone who is equally considerate, tidy, responsible and enjoys a peaceful home.

There is also a lovely black cat in the household.

Ideally suited to a working professional looking for a comfortable place to live rather than a party house.

If this sounds like the sort of home you’d enjoy, please get in touch for further details, rent and to arrange a viewing.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🏡
