Lovely room in town centre (female professional)

We are very friendly and easy going, respectful of each other's space.

The house is in a quiet clu-de-sac within a walking distance to town centre and just over 10-minute walk to the station. There is a fairly large garden and patio. There is a kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer/cupboard space (no microwave), and a bathroom with a bath/shower over the bath, loo, and a sink. Shared use of kitchen/diner area and bathroom. No parking space available.

The room comes with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, a side table lamp, a desk and a chair, has a cupboard for more storage, and a dehumidifier in winter to keep the room/upstairs warm. You'll need to provide your own bedding, i. e. duvets, pillows, duvet/pillow covers, and fitted sheets, and blankets for winter. I will provide a mattress cover.

I work from home full time with my 14 years old daughter who is in her secondary school and 5 years old dog. We keep ourselves busy during the week with my daughter’s activities and other volunteer works.

Rent is equivalent of £625 pcm. Payment is with £715 deposit up front in advance when you decide to take a room. A monthly rent is due on 1st of every month.

This room would suit a female professional who is a non-smoker, clean and tidy, likes a dog, respectful of peaceful evenings and home environment.
