Lovely Double Room in a Friendly & Peaceful Home

We are a friendly, easy-going household and respectful of each other's space. We are looking for someone who would enjoy living in a relaxed and peaceful home.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the town centre and just over a 10-minute walk from the station. There is a good-sized garden and patio, with shared use of the kitchen/dining area and bathroom. The kitchen has fridge/freezer and cupboard space, but no microwave. There is no parking space available.

The room is furnished with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, lamp and waste bin. I provide a mattress protector, but you will need to bring your own bedding, including duvet, pillows, duvet and pillow covers, fitted sheets and any blankets you would like for winter.

The household is myself, my 15-year-old daughter and our friendly 7-year-old dog. I work hybrid, and during the week we are generally busy with work, school, my daughter's activities and volunteering.

Rent is £625 per calendar month, payable on the 1st of each month. A £715 deposit is payable in advance when you agree to take the room.

The room would particularly suit a female professional who is a non-smoker, clean and tidy, likes dogs, and is looking for a peaceful and friendly home.
